Overview
This bookmark, with a circle cutout added at the top for ribbon, uses varnish plates to enhance the appearance of the rock stack image and the "Reading Rocks" text. Spot colors were used for the circle dieline and the varnish gloss color, with the necessary step taken to set the colors to overprint stroke and overprint fill respectively. The screenshots below represent a view of the finished design with all ink colors, CMYK colors only, and spot varnish ink and spot dieline ink only. The design was altered slightly for the mockup.
